Anand Chaturvedi

Anand Chaturvedi is the founder of Karavista and the creator of Autonomous Caring® — the methodology that says administrative work should run autonomously so humans can stay present with the people they care for.

Through years of working with Medicaid home care agencies, Anand saw the same pattern: talented, dedicated agency owners crushed by administrative burden, isolated from peers, and invisible to the system they sustained. He built Karavista to change that.
